Becoming a referee, information updated.
You will recall from the send out in January, that I provided details for the current award courses for Becoming a Referee, asking you to please ensure your Referee Society websites reflect these changes.
More recently a number of societies have raised concerns that their active referee numbers are falling and that they are struggling to get sufficient candidates to run courses in their areas.
There still appears to be a great deal of confusion from people, who are looking at their local Referee websites, locating a listing for the old ELRA award, but then are unable to book this using the online booking system.
It would be really helpful if you could have the below information added to your Referee Society websites to have the most up to date information for potential new referees and to ensure you have the best opportunity to recruit candidates locally.
